Forward mode

  • good for cloud backup syncing
mkdir /home/joe.crypt
gocryptfs -init -reverse /home/joe
gocryptfs -reverse /home/joe /home/joe.crypt
-> rsync /home/joe.crypt to insecure cloud storage
